Staten Island’s Assistant Chief, Stephen Paragallo
and Parks Department Borough
Commissioner, Thomas Paulo.
Assistant Chief Stephen R. Paragallo is a thirty-five year veteran of the NYPD. He has worked throughout the city and has held various positions in his career. He has served as Commanding Officer of the 66 Precinct and the 63 Precinct in Brooklyn South, as well as the 34 Precinct in Washington Heights. In addition he has commanded Brooklyn South Task Force and served as Executive Officer of Organized Crime Control Bureau and Patrol Borough Manhattan South.
Both Chief Paragallo and Paulo will be addressing Downtown Council
business and resident members with updates on their respective departments
and how it will affect the downtown business district.
Borough Commissioner Thomas Paulo will announce the dates of the ribbon cuttings of our neighborhood parks, Tompinsville & Tappen Parks.
